Mentors are paid automatically within 5 days after each completed session. Once a session is completed, learners have 48 hours to report any issues directly to the mentor. If the mentor does not respond within that time, the learner has an additional 72 hours to escalate the issue to Data Techcon’s support team.

If no issues are reported during this period, the session is automatically marked as successful, and the mentor’s payment is processed through Stripe Connect and credited to their linked bank account during the next scheduled weekly payout.

Please note that mentors are paid per completed session, and all payouts are handled automatically based on this timeline.
