At Data Techcon, the optimal number of learners in a bootcamp cohort depends on the program structure and learning goals. For our instructor-led, hands-on bootcamps, we generally cap class sizes at around 20 learners. This allows our instructors to provide more personalized support, create an engaging and collaborative learning environment, and closely monitor each learner’s progress.

Larger groups can make it harder to address individual challenges effectively, so we prioritize smaller, focused cohorts to ensure a high-quality experience and better learning outcomes for everyone.
